Cold Calling Position for Real Estate

We're looking for proactive Cold Callers and Closers with good communication skills to join our team and help us with lead generation!!

SCHEDULE:
-Full-Time Job: 8 hours/day
-5 Days a Week: Monday-Friday
-Login Hour: 10AM CST
-Logout Hour: 6PM CST
-Break Time: 30 minutes
-No Part-Time vacancies
-22+ years old

PAYMENT:
-$2 per hour for the first 6 weeks (Probation Period)
-$2.5 per hour after Probation Period
-$3 if you hit 60+ leads per month (Requires consistency on production to stay at this rate)

EXTRA BONUSES
-If you hit 45 leads by the end of the month, you get 25$ extra
-If you hit 55 leads by the end of the month, you get 50$ extra
-If you hit 65 leads by the end of the month, you get 80$ extra

Payments get sent on the 1st and 16th of each month, via Paypal or Payoneer.
