Cold Calling B2B Lead Generation SAAS

We are a SAAS start up and about to start an email marketing campaign which is B2B. We have an email funnel ready to go and we offer a complete software solution targeting trades and Services in Australia on this campaign. Our software KeepShift is an easy-to-use software solution that gives business owners the power to automate the time-consuming tasks they may still be doing with pen and paper, spreadsheets, or documents on your computer.
Time-consuming tasks like:
• Safety and HR compliance
• People management
• Rostering
• Document management
• Client and job scheduling

We are after someone who is very skilled at telemarketing and Fluent in ENGLISH. They must have the appropriate phone system to cold call with no lag and the calls will be a follow up to the contact list that we email. The objective is to explain who we are and what we do, see if they received an email and to ascertain if they are interested in a 30 minute demo of the software. They have to be qualified and booked with the decision maker ie: the owner in for a software demonstration. These lists and contacts are cold so we would expect quiet a few dials in an hour and at least a 2-3 per 100 conversion.
We are looking to work with someone long term but will do an initial test to assess competency and results.. The right person will receive:
A base hourly rate
A fee for booked and completed demonstrations that we do for Qualified owners
A commission for anyone we convert into a sale.
Please quote your base hourly rate, what phone equipment you have. Commissions will be discussed on top with the right person.
