Cold Calling | Fluent in English | Australian Project -- 2

We are a Web Development firm based in Melbourne, Australia and needs a Virtual Assistant who can start Urgently and start cold calling over 1000 business in order to introduce our Web Design Services. Please note this includes answering calls from clients as well. Who ever we recruit should be able to start at 9am Melbourne time and finish 5pm - Monday to Friday and initially there will be a TRIAL period of 4-8 hours to see how things goes. If successful , you will be then given further 2 days (16 hours ) and based on your performance (call quality, number of leads you get, how you convert them in to paid leads etc) , you will get 2 more days. Apart from the hourly rate agreed upon, we will be giving you a bonus of $5-20 AUD per every confirmed lead, depending on the service. Please note, you need to have a very good internet connection , good working environment as well. You will be required to sign an NDA and please DO NOT apply for Part Time work.
