Cold Calling Appointment Setter

We’re looking for a skilled cold caller / appointment setter to reach out to electrical contractors who are actively hiring estimators. These are warm leads — you’ll be calling companies that have recently posted jobs and are likely struggling with estimating volume or deadlines.

You’ll be calling decision-makers (owners, PMs, or lead estimators) to introduce our subscription-based estimating service, which helps contractors stay ahead of bids without the overhead of a full-time hire.

Responsibilities:
Call from a provided list (no list building required)
Use a short, proven script (we provide this)
Book Zoom meetings using our calendar link
Track call outcomes in a shared spreadsheet
Leave voicemails and send brief follow-up emails
Handle basic objections with responses we supply

What We’re Looking For:
Confident, friendly English speaker with minimal accent
Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B outreach
Bonus if you’ve worked with contractors, trades, or construction
Organized and reliable with follow-through
Able to follow a script while sounding natural and conversational

Compensation:
Hourly pay
Bonus for each booked meeting that shows up
Trial period: 10–15 hours to start
Goal: Book 15–20 meetings from 150–180 calls
There is strong potential for ongoing work if the trial is successful.
