Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our marketing solutions and services.
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our marketing packages.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to further discuss our offerings with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies based on feedback and performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Compensation:
