Cold Caller required to call UK businesses

My project is looking for a cold caller who is experienced in making calls to UK businesses. The purpose of the cold calls is lead generation, specifically targeting small businesses. I already have a script and talking points for the calls. The ideal candidate should have experience with a variety of UK business sizes and should also have the creative skills to tweak and refine the provided script in order to best identify potential opportunities. This person should have a friendly, professional demeanour, as well as strong organization and communication skills. I require someone with a neutral accents these in British, Canadian, New Zealand, Australian, South African and some European accents. Unfortunately my potential customer that we will be targeting do not respond well to Asian and African accents apart from South Africa.
