Cold Caller for real estate company to book motivated homeowner leads

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent or native English speaker to join our virtual real estate team as a cold caller. As a cold caller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential motivated homeowners and book appointments for our agents. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is comfortable on the phone, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Target Geographic Area: Nationwide

Script: I have a script that you will use for the calls. However, if you have any suggestions or improvements, I am open to working together to make it even better.

Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in cold calling and sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent or native English

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners using the provided script
- Identify and qualify motivated leads who are interested in selling their property
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up and close deals
