Cold Caller for B2C Sales

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated caller to help refine our real estate leads list. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to leads with a goal of completing 250 calls per day, using Ring central integrated with hub spot (or a similar service). We’ll provide task-specific guidance, but success in this role requires initiative, commitment, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make at least 250 outbound calls daily to provided leads.
• Follow specific instructions for each task (e.g., information gathering, appointment setting).
• Maintain thorough, accurate records of calls and outcomes.
• Communicate professionally and clearly, ensuring an accent-neutral, easy-to-understand delivery.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in high-volume calling or telemarketing.
• Fluent English speaker with a clear, neutral accent.
• Familiarity with Ring central or similar calling platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic proficiency in Excel for tracking and managing lead data.
