Cold Caller for Appointment Setting

Project Details:
We are looking for a cold caller to do appointment setting for our digital marketing agency. Your role will be to call through a list of provided business numbers to speak with the decision maker and generate sales appointments.
Project Scope:
The role is currently for 8 hours per week split between Monday - Wednesday, but can increase as you regularly hit the KPI of 1 - 2 appointments booked per hour.
Please note that you'd be calling into New Zealand businesses during New Zealand business hours.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in English
- Objection handling
- Getting past gatekeepers
- Friendly personality
- Cold calling experience is a plus but not essential
Timeline:
This would be an ongoing position provided KPIs are met.
Benefits:
- All of the tools you need to do your job well will be provided (calendar, VoIP, internal chat system, etc)
- If all available appointment slots are filled before your 8 hours is reached within the week, you can stop work and will be paid for the entire 8 hours
