Job Description:
We’re a fast-growing skip tracing software company looking to hire a part-time virtual assistant to help with:
Cold calling real estate wholesalers & investors (script provided)
Posting value-driven content on Reddit (subreddits like r/WholesalingHouses, r/RealEstateInvesting, etc.)
Commenting on Facebook group posts, engaging with wholesalers
Direct messaging influencers and potential affiliate partners
Simple lead generation tasks (data entry, tracking)
Requirements:
Must speak fluent English with clear, confident voice (voice sample required)
Must understand wholesaling or real estate basics (motivated sellers, skip tracing, off-market leads)
Comfortable making cold calls and posting as a real person (not spammy)
Fast, reliable internet and communication
Bonus: Experience with tools like Mojo Dialer, REI Reply, Smartlead, or Phantombuster
Pay:
$4–$7/hour based on experience
Bonuses for each affiliate signup or quality lead generated
Long-term opportunity available if results are solid
