Cold Caller Needed for Real Estate Wholesaling Company
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Our real estate wholesaling company is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious cold caller/virtual assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about real estate, eager to learn, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential property sellers
Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects
Gather essential information about properties and sellers
Schedule follow-up calls
Document interactions and conversations in our CRM
Attend team meetings and collaborate with the sales team
Continuously improve through feedback and coaching
Qualifications:
Availability to work during US day hours
English proficiency at a bilingual or native level
Minimum of 1 year cold calling experience
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Eager to learn, highly motivated, and ambitious
Coachable and teachable, with excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and company processes closely
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with BatchDialer is a plus
Experience with Roor or Launch Control is a plus
Experience with REI Blackbook is a plus
