Cold Caller Needed: Website Sales Representative

We are a growing web design agency seeking a professional cold caller to help us connect with potential clients across the United States. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to generate interest in our website development services.
Hours & Compensation
4-hour shifts between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST
Responsibilities
-Make outbound calls to prospective clients from our provided leads
-Clearly communicate the value of our web design and development services
-Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments with our sales team
-Document call outcomes in our CRM system
-Meet weekly call and appointment-setting targets
Requirements
-Native or near-native English proficiency with clear pronunciation
-Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience (preferably in B2B sales)
-Self-motivated with a positive attitude
-Comfortable working in a results-driven environment
-Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
-Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing (training provided)
