Cold Caller & Lead Qualifier for Real Estate

I am looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant who can help with cold calling in the real estate sector. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads via outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential leads within the real estate industry
- Qualifying leads based on pre-defined criteria
- Updating our CRM system with call outcomes and relevant information
- Using a combination of existing scripts and creating new ones as necessary
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent
- Prior experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Ability to create engaging scripts for cold calling
- Highly reliable with a quiet workspace and a stable internet connection
