We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to businesses, introduce our software, and generate high-quality leads that our sales team can convert into customers.

### **Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business clients.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our software.
- Identify key decision-makers and build relationships.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information in our CRM.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

### **Requirements**:
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in greek.
