Cold Call the properties in a specified area to Find a Motivated Sellers -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to make cold calls to potential sellers in a specified area. The main goal of these calls is to identify potential sellers of residential properties. I do not have a script or talking points for the freelancer to follow, so it will be up to them to create one. The ideal candidate for this project would be someone with experience in cold calling and sales, as well as knowledge of the real estate industry.
