Cold Call the properties in a specified area to Find a Motivated Sellers

I am looking for a freelancer to cold call potential sellers of residential properties in a specified area. The primary goal of the calls is to identify motivated sellers. I do not have a script for the calls, but I am open to the freelancer creating one. The ideal freelancer will have experience in cold calling and be comfortable with making a high volume of calls. The project is expected to take a few weeks and may require some flexibility in terms of scheduling.
