Cold Call Pro for Mortgage Protection
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am in need of an experienced mortgage protection appointment setter who can thrive in a cold calling environment, generating high-quality leads specifically from homeowners whom just closed on a new mortgage and/or considering acquiring mortgage insurance.
Pay: Per call made plus incentives per appt booked/sales made
The ideal candidate:
- Has industry experience (preferred not required)
- Possesses outstanding communication skills.
- Can identify and target the right audience.
- Has effective cold calling techniques and strategies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Initiating cold calls to leads provided by me to potential clients
- Accurately obtaining and documenting the contact details, property information and preferred appointment times of potential clients.
- Building rapport with potential clients to increase the likelihood of setting up an appointment.
- Accurately maintaining amount of calls made, how long you were on the phone, etc.
Your success in this role will greatly impact my business: a high volume of well-targeted calls will drive more clients into my pipeline, increasing sales and bolstering the company's position in the mortgage insurance market.
