Cold Call Appointment Setter Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a skilled cold caller or appointment setter to help our team reach individuals interested in starting a career in the life insurance industry. Your role will involve contacting potential life insurance agents, introducing our organization, and scheduling recruiting appointments with our hiring manager or recruiter.
Since we are building this from the ground up, I’m looking for someone with previous experience to ensure a professional approach and effective communication. This project is time-sensitive and needs to be completed as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential recruits using a provided list or lead source
• Introduce our life insurance agency and explain that a manager or recruiter will contact them within the next 1–2 hours
• Confirm their interest and schedule a Zoom or phone appointment
• Record notes, call outcomes, and appointment times accurately
• Communicate daily progress and maintain professionalism on all calls
