Cold Call VA

This position works from home remotely. Real estate is preferred, but not required. Communication and Organizational skills are needed to communicate effectively in this position. As we expand we will be able to extend hours to a full time position. Currently hiring for 20 hours a week
Eastern Standard Time - hours can be flexible start time from 8am - 10am.
Calls need to be made from 9:30am - 4pm, so this schedule is flexible

-CRM knowledgeable - Podio
-Make 50-200 cold calls a day
-Follow up with current leads
-Must be able to work independently
-Must be able to communicate well in English
-Create more efficient workflow and create processes
-Know Google workspace and Microsoft excel, word, etc
-Know way around the computer, internet & using software
-Must have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
-Must have a excellent internet connection
-Work consistently without supervision or interruption
-Must be able to handle rejection and move on with a positive attitude
-Have skills to interact comfortably speaking with people phone, text & email
