Closer/ sales calling

Hi! I need a closer to make calls/meetings and turn our leads into customers. The payment will be 20% of the amount for each customer who pays us. So that if someone pays us $2000, you will get $400. If we have 5 clients in the respective month, you will earn $2000 and so on. I want to mention the fact that the agency is at the beginning and in order to build a portfolio we must guarantee our clients that there will be no risk so that if our service did not bring them the desired results then they can choose not to pay us, so although I hope this will not be the case, this situation must also be taken into account. So I would prefer a trial month (you will be paid if we will be too) to see how it goes and if it will work then we will talk about a long-term collaboration.
