Chinese Cold Caller for Real Estate Acquisition

I'm looking to expand my network to foreign buyers, and I'm in need of an assistant to do some cold calling, to help me find more clients whom will buy in the Bay Area, CA.

There are several rental properties which I would like to target, and I'm looking for foreign buyers whom are looking for investments. I will be able to offer a property management company to manage the property for them while they are out the country.

This is initially a short term assignment, but could be long term, depending on how we work together. Besides cold calling, I would also need assistant with maybe communication in between the phone calls, if needed. But the main thing is cold calling to find cash buyers whom are ready to buy homes.

I would like my assistant to use a dialer, such as mojo, etc. I will provide the leads to call, and the strategy.
