Caller for Marketing company

My company is looking for an experienced Caller for a long-term project for our marketing company. The Caller should have at least 1 year of sales experience and be skilled in lead generation. The duration of the project is expected to last for 7+ months.
The main responsibility of the Caller will be to generate leads, make prospecting calls, and follow-up with interested parties. This position requires great communication skills, a good telephone presence, and the ability to quickly build rapport.
We are looking for someone who is able to take initiative, generate results quickly, stay focused and organized while working independently. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as a friendly and patient attitude. And also grow with our company and be the face of the company.
