Call centre for solar

I am looking for a freelancer to help me set up a call centre for my solar business.
Services needed:
- Outbound calls only
- The primary objective is appointment setting
Requirements:
- The call centre should be able to handle 100-500 calls daily
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in setting up and managing call centres
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus
