- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide friendly and patient customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Knowledgeable about the products/services being offered
- Ability to handle high call volumes and meet performance targets

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Make outbound calls for sales or customer follow-ups
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience
