Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generate sales
- Building and maintaining a strong customer base
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales calls
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate call center software and databases
Expected call volume:
- 100 calls per day
