I am looking for a skilled call center professional who specializes in outbound calls for a sales project. The primary purpose of the calls is to generate sales leads and close deals.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven track record in outbound sales calls
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in generating sales leads and meeting sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
The ideal candidate should be able to work with some guidelines provided by the client, as there is no specific script for the calls. They should be able to adapt and tailor their approach based on the provided guidelines to achieve the desired sales results.
