Call Center Specialist
Budget: $5 – $10 USD
I need someone who can handle phone calls on my behalf.
The calls include:
Pre-sales qualification.
Weekly check-ins with clients.
Lead followups.
Setting appointments.
Other related tasks.
I am looking for someone who can speak English articulately, in an "over the top" friendly tone.
Ideally, over time, you'll get to know clients yourself on a personal level.
You'll get a softphone and will need to notate all calls.
