We are a covid testing service company providing covid testing to eligible customers at their doorsteps.
We are looking for call center services to manage the inbound calls initially and we will expand the services to outbound calls at a later stage.
Call Center must have experience in handling calls in the USA, and also have full knowledge of working with Medicare and other private insurance companies in USA.
Initially 3 months project.
