I am looking for a Call Center Operator and Inbound Customer Sales Support for my small business. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and be able to accommodate a small volume of calls.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers and assist with sales inquiries
- Follow general guidelines provided by me
- Maintain a high level of customer service
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and call center operations
- Ability to accommodate a small volume of calls
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work more than 6 hours per day
- US or Canadian native speaker
