Call Center Manager

We are a large and friendly company with excellent results in the IT segment. We have about 50 people working in our team, not only in India, but also in Europe and Asian countries.

Your main task will be to communicate with customers and provide information about our company.

Schedule 2/2, from 9 am to 6 pm.
Remote work.
With the opportunity to come to the office 2-3 times a month.

We are looking employees only in Mumbai with C1 English.

Main tasks:
- Receiving incoming calls;
- Consulting support;
- Hot line service - work with the complaints and requests;
- Providing clients with information about the company: services, promotions, rates etc.
- Making outgoing informational calls;
- Maintenance of telephone sales and customer database.
