Call Center Agent

We are currently looking for energetic and passionate responsible call center representative to join our teams, we are hiring experienced agents for our DME & Medical Campaign. This is a remote based position with strict time & work tracking.
Training will be provided by our US Team

Job Responsibility:
The Call Center Agent will be responsible to manage and take calls in a professional and confident manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and responding to calls.
Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify the customer needs on call, seize the opportunity to up-sell the DME Service with clear information.
Eligibility criteria:
Candidate must be Result oriented
Timely task achiever
Capable of handling workload
Ethical & Respectful
DME Experienced
No Connectivity Issues
Power Backup
Requirement : O/A level's / Intermediate / Graduate
Timings : 6 PM- 3 AM
