I'm seeking a freelancer who can provide phone support for my customer service operations, specifically handling order-related inquiries in BULGARIAN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls
- Providing order support, assisting customers with their inquiries and issues
Requirements:
- Fluent in Bulgarian, with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or order support is a plus
- Familiarity with call center software
- Able to handle both inbound and outbound calls
Please note, you will need to utilise call center software, but I will provide training and scripts.
