Build me a final expense call center

Need someone who can live transfer people who are concerned about their final expenses. You would be calling people from a file you have age 45-75. You would verify their age, that they have not had cancer, heart attack or stroke. You would also verify they have a valid checking account. you would then live transfer the person to us, to speak to them.
We would pay per finalized transaction $200.00. We would like to work between 12-9 CST. That is when the calls would need to be transferred. We would be looking at 100-150 calls transferred per day.
The caller would have to have good English skills.
