My company is looking for a telecalling service to handle both outbound and inbound calls. The main purpose of the calls will be for customer service, so the telecaller must have excellent communication skills and an upbeat customer-oriented mindset. It is not necessary for the telecaller to possess any specific language skills – they can be well versed in any language to fulfill the role.
