Position Overview: As a Telecaller at AJAY ELECTRONICS, you will play a crucial role in connecting with our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Fluent communication in both Hindi and English. Meeting daily calling targets and deadlines. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries. Should have little knowledge about excel to see the data and call customer and update the response in excel sheet, should call FB leads and Instagram leads , and follow them timely. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess: Proven experience in telecalling or a related field. Fluency in Hindi and English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
