Bilingual Real Estate Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

I am looking for a bilingual real estate cold caller / appointment setter who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The primary role of this individual will be to contact potential leads and gather information about property availability. Successful applicants will need to craft persuasive conversations while overcoming objections and engaging with prospective leads. The ability to quickly build trust and form relationships over the phone is essential. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold calling/appointment setting combined with excellent communication skills.
