The main focus of these calls will be providing product information, transfer calls to the appropriate team members, and to schedule appointments for our salespeople.
About the Role:
No cold calling: You will handle incoming calls and follow up with customers who have requested moving information through our website.
Your main responsibility will be to schedule appointments in the seller’s calendar, enabling them to assess the volume of goods to be moved efficiently.
