Bilingual Outbound Sales & Account Manager for Merchant Processing Services
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm in need of a seasoned Outbound Sales Representative, Account Manager, and Appointment Setter, with a strong background in selling merchant processing services, particularly Credit Card Processing, MCA, and equipment like Clover.
The ideal candidate for this role must:
- Be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Have prior experience in selling merchant processing services and familiarity with banking products
- Be proficient in using IRIS CRM or a similar CRM software
- Have demonstrated expertise in cold calling and lead generation, both on the phone and by email, online.
- Must be able to assist in sourcing the leads, with prior experience on finding lists, social media, etc.
- Have at least 3 years of outbound sales experience
The main goal for your role would be setting appointments and lead generation, along with basic customer service. Your expertise in this area will be crucial for driving business growth.
The freelancer should aim to achieve specific sales targets, which will be communicated upon hiring. There will be an ongoing commission program with incentives for new business and cross selling current clients on new products.
This is a full-time position, ongoing month to month with plans for a long term hire.
The freelancer should operate in the Puerto Rico Timezone. The freelancer will be required to achieve a specific number of deals closed per month to meet sales targets. The freelancer will be required to participate in monthly performance reviews to track their progress and sales achievements. We will emphasize the number of deals closed as the primary performance metric.
We will provide training resources to help you excel in this role. Training resources will include one-on-one mentoring.
