Bilingual Legal Follow-Up Telecaller

I need a female telecaller who can comfortably handle follow-up conversations with prospects and existing clients in the legal and compliance space. All numbers provided will already be warm; your role is to reconnect, confirm their current requirements, clarify any outstanding questions they may have about our services, and flag anything that needs an attorney’s attention.

Fluent, confident speech in both Hindi and English is essential so every caller feels immediately understood. You will log each interaction in our simple CRM, note next steps, and send me a concise end-of-day summary highlighting hot leads or issues that require escalation.

Success on this project means:
• Every allocated contact is dialed within the agreed window.
• Key client requirements are captured clearly in the CRM.
• Follow-up actions (documents requested, meeting times, or further consultation) are recorded and, where possible, confirmed on the call.
