The Evolve Group, requiresApplicants Must be Telemarketing executives having their own Outbound Dialer with SIP Configuration.
Here is how your Admin Position will require you to do for Receiving Inward calls and calling them back with your Outbound Dialer
1)Inward Call- Our Team of Offshore call centers will verify a health Insurance customer and give you a 2 way call with the agent and customer. You will attend the Customer addressing him with his name and ask "Are you looking for a Health Insurance quote" If he says yes then you will go to step 2 or will hang up.
2)If the customer has said Yes,you will quickly login to your dialer and say "Hi CX and tell him that you will transfer the call to a specialist for a Free health Insurance quote" and transfer the call 3 way to our DID numbe
