Australian Telecaller, customer care, virtual agent Required

Hello Freelancers,

Thank you for showing interest in our job post.

We are looking for someone who is born and raised in Australia only.

Requirements:

YOU MUST HAVE NOT PARTICIPATED EARLIER IN THIS ( ONEFORMA ) PROJECT.

You must be native Australian.
You have to complete 5 calls, each call lasting about 3 minutes.
You can make 3 calls per day maximum,
Should be at least a 3-hour time interval between each call.

5 calls should cover at least 3 microphone type
(Earphones/internal mic/speakerphone/wireless).

You need to use at least 2 call source:
(landline/cell phone/VOIP/Skype)
You can borrow family's or friends' phones to make calls.

You need to choose 5 scripts out of 30 at random.
Answer all the agent's questions in the script.
DO NOT READ out loud the agent's part.

Only 5 qualified calls will be paid.

Workflow:

1. Dial to +61 1800861783 number.
2. Finish IVR session when it gets through
3. Input 12345 to start voicemail to record
4. Answer to questions on each script, no need to read out agent's part
5. Hang up call
