Appointment setter / Telemarketing

We are looking for someone to make cold calls from a calling system on their own computer, from a CRM (bitrix24), get through the front door, connect with the right person and then quick pitch them on a free review. It is a very simple job. It is hourly plus commission based (5% of the mgmt for as long as the client is with us, could end up being thousands per month). no sales involved at first, we do the actual pitch and close, but will offer the opportunity over time to let the right person close for large bonuses!
