Appointment Setter for Advertising Agency (Commission-based)

I'm seeking a proactive appointment setter who can help generate leads for my clients by proficiently handling cold calling. My agency mainly targets real estate, retail, and healthcare industries, making this a multi-industry project.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cold calling leads across multiple sectors. Your role will be key in securing new business appointments.
- Creating your own approach. I believe in individual talent and creativity, so you have the freedom to decide your own tactics and strategies.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of these three industries: real estate, retail and healthcare.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Independent initiative and an innovative, self-driven mindset.
