Appointment Setter (Health & Fitness)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an experienced appointment setter for my health and lifestyle fitness challenge and webinars.
- Purpose: Your key role will be to schedule appointments
- Quantity: I am aiming to set 21 to 30 appointments per week. I need someone who can handle this volume starting immediately (first webinar is Tue 4/16, Wed 4/17 and Thu 4/18)
- Industry: You should be familiar with the health and fitness industry and the specific challenges it entails for appointment setting.
The ideal candidate would have relevant experience in telemarketing, lead generation, and sales. An understanding of the health and fitness industry would also be beneficial. Your primary role will be to secure appointments that will result in successful webinars and fitness challenges. A proven track record in setting high volumes of appointments would be greatly appreciated.
- Other Information: Most importantly, must be comfortable to take the initiative to register the lead for the webinar right over the phone by helping them decide which day will work best, pulling up the Zoom link and registering them for the webinar of their choice. This is more assertive and expected than simply sending them the Zoom link to enroll and hope they do. Lastly, 150 leads received emails inviting them to the webinar on 4/11/24. All leads are former attendees of various bridal shows throughout New Jersey and may or may not have been recently married so invite their spouse, their maid of honor, their mom to attend webinar and join the fitness challenge with them. HubSpot CRM experience preferred but not required.
