We're seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter who can consistently deliver 10+ qualified booked appointments per day. Your role will involve engaging warm and cold leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments directly into our closers' calendars. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a proven appointment-setting strategy, and a relentless focus on performance.

Responsibilities:

Consistently book a minimum of 10 qualified appointments daily

Follow proven scripts and frameworks (or bring your own that works)

Engage leads via phone, email, and social media DMs

Maintain accurate records in CRM

Collaborate with sales closers for high conversion

Requirements:

Proven track record of high-volume appointment setting

Fluent English, clear communication

Self-motivated with a performance-first mindset

Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)

Available full-time (or part-time with results)

Compensation:
Performance-based with fixed + per-appointment bonuses. Top performers earn $70–$150/day or more.
