Appoiment setting,cold caller

I am looking for an experienced cold caller to help me generate appointments with small business owners. The calls will include both outbound and inbound efforts and the goal is to set up appointments for my sales team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound and inbound customer service calls and have the drive and determination to find potential customers and convince them to meet with a representative. You should be well versed in telemarketing practices and customer service etiquette, and be able to remain composed and professional in both outgoing and incoming calls.
In addition to setting up appointments, you'll also be responsible for gathering basic information on potential customers and their needs. Having excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
