Active Call Center Agent for Product Upgrades (Upsell)

- Manage and bear the costs of calling, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, upgrades offered, and sales closed to facilitate reporting and sales tracking.
**** Compensation:
- A competitive fixed salary plus a lucrative commission structure. Agents will receive 10% of the sales value, with an estimated sales target of USD 100,000 per month. This enables a motivated agent to potentially earn a minimum of USD 10,000 per month from commissions alone.

- Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
