- Enforcing community guidelines firmly and fairly to maintain order.
- Monitoring and reporting spam efficiently to keep our spaces clutter-free.
The number of moderators required for each platform will vary based on the size and needs of the individual communities.
Skills and Experience:
- Experienced in moderating on Discord, Reddit, and Telegram.
- Capable of building and managing Reddit communities.
- Discord server building expertise is an added advantage.
Platforms:
- The project will span across more than six platforms, demanding diligence, attention to detail, and time management.
