Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruiter with expertise in Telegram (TG) platform to address and resolve various challenges we encounter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing the following questions related to TG:
1. Can the code to log into the profile be sent to the email without having access to the phone at all?
2. How to transfer the ownership of the chat?
3. If a chat does have admins but not have an owner, is there a way a new owner can be added or generated?
4. Whom and how can we add an admin and an owner if there is no admin and owner in a chat?
5. Why can't a profile provide admin rights with the right to make new admins?
6. How to send bulk messages to 100 chats?
7. Etc
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and address the identified questions related to the Telegram platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions and best practices.
- Stay updated on platform updates and changes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise and comprehensive understanding of the Telegram (TG) platform.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
