Community telegram moderator for Crypto project
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
IOEN
The Internet of Energy Network (IOEN) is a community-driven network aiming to build a new energy economy powered by blockchain and Holochain.
The open-source protocol IOEN is building will enable connection and value exchange between any energy device, user, or market.
Having completed a recent IDO on the 14th of October, IOEN is in phase one of its roadmap; Establishment, focusing on listing on exchanges and growing our community.
The role will have a 1 week trial, then successful candidates will have an ongoing roster.
Responsibilities
- Moderate the main Telegram chat for 8 hours shifts, 3-5 days per week (25-40 hours per week).
- Actively engage and interact with community members on a minute by minute basis.
- Promote key announcements and campaigns to the community.
- Engage the community with discussions on all components of the projects.
- Propose ideas to the team to expand and develop the community.
- Clear spammers, keep our community clean and healthy.
- Troubleshoot technology problems our community have with our products.
- Collate and update the frequently asked questions document.
- Provide regular feedback to the IOEN team on how the community is engaged and what people have responded well to.
Requirements
- A strong passion for IOEN, our mission to create the digital infrastructure for microgrids and the fundamentals of building a new energy economy.
- Previous experience moderating community telegram groups.
- A customer-centric, happy and embracing personality. You are the first smile welcoming new people to the community.
- You should have a high level of knowledge in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, DeFi, staking and trading exchanges.
- You must study our project including whitepaper, medium articles, FAQs and be able to respond to any question by our community. Note you will be tested on this.
- A high level of English reading and writing is a must.
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.
- An understanding of Holochain is beneficial.
- Experience with Discord is beneficial.
